Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident trying premium features in our AI product photography service. That’s why we offer a 7-day refund policy based on unused credits — whether you purchased a credit pack or a subscription.

Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

• You only used half or fewer credits from your plan.
• Your request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
• The credits were not granted as part of a free trial or bonus offer.
• There were no violations of our terms or abuse of the system.

How it works

• If eligible, we’ll issue a partial refund based on unused credits.
• Example: If you purchased small credits package (1100) for $19 and used 100, we’ll refund the value of the 1000 unused credits ($19/1100 * 1000).
• Prorated refunds are rounded down to the nearest cent
